This is a detailed documentation of the Design and Validation of the FelizCity Fitness App.
Define
Research Methods focus on the product positioning and the Google Survey Form that we have distributed outside ActiveSG and Private Gyms
Market Positioning
Based on a 2X2 matrix of Revenue and Market Share, I have noticed that the company Marketing Positioning is on the top right third quadrant where there is high revenue and high market share expectation. A Product Matching Listing Model is recommended.

Planet Fitness Gym Program
Planet Fitness uses mobile number as the primary key to register user on app. There is a lack of classes and I am not able to explore further on its userflow.


Fitness First Gym Program
Fitness First Booking System is a simple listing model and it asks the User to call the company for booking.




ActiveSG Gym Program
ActiveSG using Singpass login to get User Details and pass the detail to the booking venue and then to trainer for attendace taking. Payment is done within the web app with Paynow, Apple Pay, and Credit Card Payment.
